“I worked at the Village for a total of 15 years and it was a job I enjoyed. I started as an STNA, then became a nurse. As for some of the reviews I have read, there are turn-over rates everywhere. The employees that I have encountered throughout the years have always been kind and hard-working. This place was my second family. I am speaking especially about the residents that I cared for that I miss dearly. Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to quit last summer. It had nothing to do with the place or people. I highly recommend any loved one living there. My own mother even stayed there for awhile and she had a good experience on the skilled unit. I can’t say enough to recommend living there or working there.”

“My mother lived here for 10 years. And when she was getting close to the end of her life, her one wish was to make sure she died in her bed. So sadly, I say I lost her. But I was able to make sure it was in her bed at the Villages. Nurses always responded to my wishes or my beliefs if there was a problem and took care of it right away. “Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.we were taking the resident out on a cool day Front desk attendant, Anthony, lent his jacket to the resident so we didn’t have to go back to the room to get his. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. We know our family member is under capable, loving care.”
